1. Who we are

ShadcnShip is operated by ArnaudBuilds. Our website is https://shadcnship.com. You can reach us at codewithnaud@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — email address and password when you register. If you sign in with GitHub or Google, we receive your email and public profile from those providers.
• Usage data — pages visited, blocks previewed, and feature interactions. Collected via PostHog and Google Analytics.
• Payment data — billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Stripe shares a customer ID and subscription status with us.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and referrer, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel).

3. How we use your data

• To provide and maintain your account
• To verify Pro access when you install blocks via the CLI
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset) via Resend
• To improve the product using aggregated, anonymised analytics
• To process payments and manage subscriptions

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data storage and processors

• Supabase — stores your account data in an EU-based PostgreSQL database.
• Stripe — processes payments under their own privacy policy.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails.
• PostHog — self-hosted analytics, EU-based servers.
• Vercel — hosts the application and processes request logs.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies (Supabase SSR) and analytics cookies (PostHog, Google Analytics). You can opt out via a browser extension such as uBlock Origin.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and CCPA you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us at codewithnaud@gmail.com — we will respond within 30 days.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

By using ShadcnShip you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Free blocks

Free blocks may be used in personal and commercial projects without restriction. You may not resell or redistribute them as a competing block library.

3. Pro license

A Pro account grants a personal, non-transferable license to use Pro blocks in unlimited projects. You may not share, resell, or sublicense Pro block source code. You may not use Pro blocks to build a competing block library. The license is per individual developer, not per team or organisation.

4. Account & registry token

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and registry token secure. Do not share your token — it is tied to your license.

5. Payments & refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShadcnShip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
